		<description>I strongly agree with this sentiment, and I think it especially applies in an open project like Fedora. After all, if people feel wronged, they don&#039;t just stay mad or learn - they simply leave.

I think your ideas here are an excellent way to encourage people to contribute and learn. I know that I would not have contributed nearly as often had it not been for the kinds of encouragement listed above. I think positive feedback goes a long way towards building a broader, smarter, and friendlier community.</description>
