Fish w/ Lemon & Herbs (from Alice Buerkle via fn.) Need a shallow pan, about 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 by 1 1/2 or 2 inches tall. Buy fish. Filet or steak. (1/2 to inch thick.) Toss some margarine (or butter) and some lemon juice in the pan. Place in oven while preheating to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, remove fish from package, and cut so it fits in the pan. When margarine is melted, get pan out of oven. Place fish in it, and coat both sides with margarine/lemon stuff. Sprinkle "lemon & herb" seasoning (available at grocery store) over fish. Return pan (with fish) to oven. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
