One hour dinner rolls, Italiano Bake temp: 375 degrees. Time: 20-25 minutes in oven 3 1/2 - 4 cups flour 2 pkgs dry yeast 2 Tbls sugar 2 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 cup milk 1/2 cup water 2 Tbls margarine or butter 1 egg 1/2 cup parmesan cheese melted butter and more parmesan cheese In large mixing bowl stir together 1 1/2 c flour, sugar, slat, seasoning and yeast. In saucepan, heat milk, magarine (or butter). Add water. Margarine doesn't need to melt. Temp 120 F Add flour mixture and egg. Beat on low speed to blend; then beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and additional flour to make a firm dough. (Use a spoon not the mixer ) Put dough on pastry cloth and knead in flour for 5 minutes till smooth abd ekastuc, Heat oven to lowest setting and turn off. Place covered dough in a greased bowl in oven. Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down dough. Make 18 - 20 balls. Dip in melted margarine then in parmesan cheese. Place in a 9 x 12" pan. Cover. Allow to rise 15-20 minutes. Bake 20-25 minutes in 375 degree oven. Great with soup. Enjoy.
